Welcome to World Disc Games 2008
The 2008 World Disc Games will be held July 1st through July 6th, 2008 in Santa Cruz, California. Begun in 1978 and originally called the Santa Cruz Flying Disc Classic, the event has been held semi-regularly since then, hosted by hall of fame disc sport player Tom Schot. The Games are fortunate to have another hall of famer, Skippy Jammer, take over as tournament director this year. Tom Schot is now President and CEO of World Disc Sports, a disc sports promotion and management company, and World Disc Games sponsor. World Disc Sports is working to make sure the Games occur every year at different locations around the globe.
Admission is FREE this year and we have set aside plenty of parking. Bring your family and friends with you and let them experience the magic of the World Disc Games.
